Although this breed is very young in the world and not yet very popular in Lithuania, the American Bully has quickly gained recognition among enthusiasts. It is valued both for its appearance and its wonderful character.

The American Bully is a dog known for its extraordinary calmness, love for life, and loyalty to its family. It charmingly contrasts with its serious and imposing exterior, as it is gentle, friendly, and incredibly loving on the inside. This is a dog that simply enjoys life, is slow but confident, and can make even the toughest people laugh.

It is an excellent companion in everyday life. The American Bully should not be aggressive or fearful – these traits are not only unsuitable for this breed, but also go against its breeding principles. The American Bully should be loyal, calm, and balanced dogs that get along well with people and other animals. A dog with aggressive or fearful traits should not be used for breeding, as it is important to maintain the breed's health and temperament.

There are four main types of American Bully breed:

• Pocket – the smallest type, with females measuring 33-41 cm and males 37-42 cm in height at the withers.

• Standard – medium-sized, with a balanced body structure and muscle mass, females measuring 42-48 cm and males 43-51 cm in height at the withers.

• Classic – slightly lighter in build but with a similar body type to the Standard.

• XL – the largest type, with females measuring 48-54 cm and males 51-57 cm in height at the withers.

Although they differ in size, all American Bully dogs share common traits – they are calm, friendly, and affectionate dogs that can form a strong bond with their owners. These dogs absolutely love people and life, are very social and responsible, making them perfect for families and individuals who appreciate loyal and gentle companions.

When choosing an American Bully, it is important to pay attention to the breeder's history and reputation, as well as the dog's health and mental state. A good breeder will ensure that all their dogs are healthy, in good physical condition, and have a balanced temperament, as these are the key characteristics of the American Bully. Furthermore, the breeder should make sure that all dogs are properly socialized and adapted to living with people and other animals.
